This session lasts 40 minutes and focuses on evaluating your progress and addressing any challenges you’ve faced regarding your diet and lifestyle choices. During these follow-up visits, your dietitian will offer motivation and accountability while introducing new strategies to help you keep moving forward! It’s important to discuss meal planning with your dietitian to make sure it’s appropriate and truly beneficial for you.

Grocery Tour

We will walk through the grocery store together, empowering you to shop confidently while learning helpful tips and tricks to simplify each trip. You’ll also gain insights into the foods available, how to read labels, and how to choose the best options for you and your family.

*Grocery tours are available in Surprise, AZ, and surrounding areas, including Peoria, Glendale, Sun City, and Goodyear. If you are located outside these areas, additional travel fees may apply. Contact us for details!
